The item was described as new and had many defects. There are 3 chests with 2 locks each, 5 of the 6 locks are broken. The flap locks were broken, the screws were missing and had to be replaced. It took over 3 hours to fix the 5 broken locks as one was beyond repair. If you intend to resell a returned damaged item, it must be clearly identified as defective. If it hadn't been a gift and didn't match her decor it would have been returned. I am very disappointed and should get more discounts for my time and effort.
