I'm not entirely happy with this bracket. The back is as described but the front area seems too low to hold items in place. If you need something to store small things like a purse, bottle of sanitizer and such then that would be great. Anything over 6-7 inches may fall out when moving around in a car. I need this to keep my dog from jumping forward when I'm driving and holding a random array of snacks and sanitizing wipes, but then again, full-size drinks, lotions, or whatever probably won't do well with this carrier .
