I cannot get it to tighten. The straps are terrible. I still have a good inch of space from the top brackets and just cannot tighten them any more. Unless you have an empty and cheap plastic case, you're just fighting the weight of the case.I would recommend that, if possible, you flip the desk upside down and install it that way so that the weight of the PC rests against the bottom of the desk and would make it easier to tighten the straps. This wasn't an option for me as I have things attached to my desk already and it would be a big hassle to remove those.
