Boys. This is literally a life saver for my 2 year old who has outgrown many of his other sleeping bags. I wasn't ready to let him roam free in my crib without him. I've heard from a few people that sleeping bags help your baby sleep better and discourage him from lifting his leg longer to jump over the crib. My kid loves his and asks for it every night after we put on his pajamas. He is big for his 2 year old and still has room to grow. It closes over the shoulders and has a beautiful turquoise zipper. If you find that your child, like me, can open it himself, you can turn it inside out or even put it on backwards. I would recommend inside out so it doesn't sit high on the neck. We love ours and I might buy another to have an extra laundry rotation. I love it and highly recommend it!
