Cannot recommend this product. As another reviewer mentioned, my beads arrived as a single bulk. There are discrepancies between the listing and the product packaging, from the name (beans vs beads) to the instructions. I have a professional heating pad. After breaking off the giant mass, the beads spend 2 hours in the greenhouse (because it was still a solid mass). The scent is light and pleasant, but that's about it. In my experience the wax was quite brittle compared to Cirepil Blue which is my favorite brand. I haven't seen how it works on sensitive skin or reduces inflammation and redness. Because it was more brittle than Cirepil, it caused more irritation. It still does its job of removing hair. But to avoid a traumatic experience during an already traumatic activity, choose something more tried and true.
