I do not recommend using the microwave as the wax cools too quickly. So buy a wax warmer unless you only plan on depilating your lips. I had it for a while but I was afraid to use it. I wish I had used it sooner. The wax I've used for years would sometimes pick off my skin when I scrubbed it off. This wax is great and is very easy to remove without damaging the skin.

No complaints here. Even in the summer heat, the bag arrived in good condition (invisible unmelted hard beads). As a wax replacement for our wax heater, it works as well or better than the original wax that came with the kit. Melts on medium settings and works as expected for hair removal. The smell is quite pleasant (coconut, vanilla). Of course - read the instructions, including cautions and warnings.

Cannot recommend this product. As another reviewer mentioned, my beads arrived as a single bulk. There are discrepancies between the listing and the product packaging, from the name (beans vs beads) to the instructions. I have a professional heating pad.
