Suitable for small dogs but not medium/large

I have a golden retriever puppy (about a year or so, she is a medium sized dog now) and it barely fits her. This is clearly intended for small dogs (a very short bulldog is the maximum). I don't recommend them for larger dogs as the leash itself is made out of a fairly cheap material and its shortness can easily choke your dog. is. Small dogs don't have as much strength and won't rip it apart, but even a medium-sized dog can easily rip this thing off. Medium/large dogs can easily break it and run away.
