I like that it has an excellent interface for creating flow charts or diagrams. The software is easy to use and the support team is also very helpful. You can create different types of diagrams. Some are more complex than others. However, you can still customize them as much as you need. This software is great if you want to be able to make flowcharts and other diagrams. There isn't anything that I dislike about this program. If you have any questions regarding how to use the software, they will be happy to help you. They are always willing to answer your questions and provide assistance when needed. We use this software to create flowcharts. It makes it so much easier to communicate with our customers and clients.
