Review on CyberPower CSP105U Professional Dual USB Power Station – High-Quality, Black by Micheal Esquivel

I am disappointed with this product. It has 2 USB ports, but you cannot charge 2 devices from USB ports at the same time. So stupid. Most people want to charge their phone and tablet there at the same time at night. You can not. You hear this loud ringing and don't charge. I even tried charging my iPhone and charging the power bank. So again, why have two USB ports if you can't charge at the same time? I originally bought one of these for my husband which works fine for him as he only charges his phone. If you want to charge multiple items, forget it. So you need to use a USB port and plug. You can't charge 2 things from USB ports. That defies the purpose of this product and what it promises to do. I will return this product.
