Good for my child but not for my child but for an adult. It's too tight on my ankle and foot before even using the straps. It's not L/XL, it's S/M. I have a small foot, size 5 and this is about the right length for my small foot so it must be S/M. I had to stretch it so it wasn't uncomfortable. It was still too restrictive and caused me to lose circulation in my leg.
