Bubbles and Hard-to-Peel Backing

When you peel off the backing, it sometimes breaks into pieces and also leaves a sticky residue. My heat press is set to 356 as advertised and after sublimating one side the pieces bubbled. I'm disappointed they didn't work for me. I have events coming up and I need reliable, high-quality blanks. Update: I checked the other 2 prep boxes and they do the same thing. The protective layer is difficult to remove, leaves a sticky coating that won't come off, and blisters when heated. We will return all 3 boxes.
