I use these for patio lighting. They are also likely to be used as Christmas lights as they can be customized with different colors and patterns. You can choose the colour, intensity etc. to best suit the use you want to give them, general lighting, parties, quieter environments just to have a soft light outside while you are indoors. It's pretty fun to use. I've probably played with it more than an adult 😅Note: the packaging says you can use two in a row. I tried more than that before setting them up. Since they were close together I didn't notice anything wrong, but when you install them and the cord is fully extended you will feel a power loss at the ends of the strings farther from the adapter. You will see a slight flicker. So I suggest that you don't put more than two in series (as the manufacturer says) for "better performance".
