This is the cheapest solution I could find when my key fob ended up breaking. However, the reports are correct. This is for a Camry and needs to be modified for my 2005 4Runner. The inner back has a protrusion that is too high to fit. Grinding was relatively easy, but now my panic button doesn't work. And annoyingly, the rear window button is actually a trunk button. If you have a minimal hand and have a rotary tool (Dremel) you can get the job done. Do not grind the inner comb completely, leave about the same as the original. But it seems solid and works fine after modification. Not sure how waterproof it is and really don't want to find out.
