I love that we can track employee data easily and then use it to calculate future payroll. The reporting system could be better organized but, other than that, there isn't much I dislike about the program. I highly recommend this software. It has been fantastic in tracking all of our time off requests and allowing us to pay out employees as needed. It has also allowed us to keep up with hiring trends which we weren't able to do before. The user-friendly interface, easy to use, and it's very adaptable as well as scalable. I like that you can customize your dashboard according to what suits your needs best. It has some limitations in terms of customization which could be improved upon. You should give this software a try if you are looking for a robust HRMS. We have been able to solve our problems regarding employee timecard entries and payroll calculations with ease and accuracy.
