Very nice bag. It fits my bike perfectly. It fits my stuff, including a change of clothes, lock, repair kit with whistle, and room for more. I've been using it almost daily for commuting and commuting for about 4 months. I can't imagine not having it now. It will absolutely be 5 stars and will be when I find that my particular bag has been damaged. I put my phone in the left outer zip pocket. It is marked as waterproof in the specifications on the manufacturer's website. It rained for several hours. When I went to get my cell phone, I found that the bag was completely filled with water. The main compartment was dry to the bone. So it was only the outer left pocket that was completely filled with water. Ha, is that a feature? Integrated feed system? It wasn't on the list. It is possible that my bag has an inconspicuous defect in this bag, so I will try to solve this problem with the company. Will be updated upon approval or lack thereof. Bottom line, the bag is great and I wouldn't trade it in anyway, but I'm sad and disappointed that the bag is leaking. At least with mine. Update: I spoke to Blackburn and they offered me a replacement with no problem. 5 stars for a great product and great customer support. I will definitely buy more from this company in the future.
