Works as intended (works on Wii U too)

If you're wondering if it works on Wii U, yes. my wii u has a broken hdmi port. As a test I bought this component cable to see if the component connector works. The cable outputs poor quality, although by switching to a composite cable you can achieve 1080p without using HDMI.
