Previous reviews said these mugs only held 24 oz of liquid. when they were advertised at 30 oz. However, Serami currently describes them as 28 oz, but they actually only hold 27 oz. It's hard to believe that Serami can't accurately state the specs of their product. I placed my order like I was throwing dice at the dice table. And no wonder I lost. The cups have a smaller capacity than indicated. When Serami advertised a 28oz capacity by accurately measuring their capacity in May 2019, the mugs I received hold exactly 800ml when filled to the brim, which is only 27,034 liquids. ounce It would be impossible to pour another .966 ounces. coffee or anything else in these cups. And if previous reviews are to be trusted (is that possible?), Serami has changed the capacity of these mugs and still has no idea what they're selling (or is still exaggerating their capacity by currently stating they're 28oz hold when they only hold 27 ounces) But! At 27 fl oz. (800mL) They are just right for my needs and they are very well made with great handles that offer a secure four finger grip when the thumb is pressed against the mug itself. In terms of measurements, empty they weigh 1 pound 9.3 ounces, but when filled to the brim with water they weigh 3 pounds. 5.5 oz. I'm only giving this review 1 star for how Serami made me wonder if they were incompetent or malicious. It has to be both. Sad - such a great product tainted by Serami's antics.
