I finally figured out if I pressed the "Blu-Tooth" rubber button marked "No". 3 According to the instructions, I had a sound when I pressed it, but as soon as I let go it was gone. I could pull out the little rubber button and get it to work, but then it would be silent. Faulty Blu-tooth button. I haven't sent it back yet, so I'll write later how it goes.
