I wanted to wait until I got to use this jacket for about a week to leave my review. It is well made, exactly what you would expect of a sauna jacket. The interior lining is a reflective material, but it is soft and comfortable against the skin. I sized up two sizes based on what I read ordering a 2XL, and I'm glad I did. I am 5'4" 190 lbs. and typically wear a size 12/14 or Large from major retailers. I could have gotten a 3X if I wanted it to be a bit roomier. However, it's just what I wanted for my walking jacket.I definitely helps me work up a good sweat, to burn off that extra water weight. It's also been quite comfortable on the cool evenings keeping me warm on my walks. I even washed it up and wore it while watching a movie on the couch to cut the chill in the air.Overall, very pleased with this purchase! Wouldn't hesitate to get another one if I wear it out.
