Works as advertised. The very definition of "functional beauty". The product consists of two parts: a magnetic "receiver" that attaches to your heater's vent (see promotional image) and a thin strip of metal that fits over your phone and attracts the magnet. The magnetic receiver has two pins that can be easily attached to the air vent. The pins are long enough to leave room for your phone above the air vent (also shown in the promotional image). There are two choices for metal strips: rectangular and round. There is a rectangular strip between the phone and the case. My phone case is very thick and I was worried that the magnet wouldn't be strong enough, but that's not a problem. The system works great. The phone stays firmly in place, but the handset doesn't fall out of the vent when you pick it up. When not using a phone case, the round metal strip has an adhesive backing that sticks directly to the phone.
