Review on 🌵 Cactus V6 IIs Wireless Flash Transceiver for Sony by Janice Turner

Revainrating 4 out of 5

Works perfectly in combination with Sony flash

Despite feedback 1 * I use it perfectly with my Sony A7 and A7 Mark II cameras in combination with Metz 44 AF-1 flash for Sony. You need two of these to work, switching one as the sender and the other as the receiver. You can then easily change the strength of the transmitter's flash exposure by turning the wheel. Only note: it does not work in TTL mode, but this is clearly stated in the description of the providers. I'm happy with it as it's a good replacement for Sony's own wireless shutter release for about 40% of the cost. And you can also use it to trigger a professional studio flash (no remote control) with a cable on the receiver. I noticed that the flash fires only after the sensor is mounted on the camera's hot shoe and the camera is turned on.
