Poor packaging but the item survived the UPS trip to Hawaii.
UPS delivered a package that was almost broken in half. When we finally opened it up, we saw that the small metal ring at the end was bent. Luckily we were able to use the old part so we didn't have to send it back. The rest of the CV axis was fine. Next time, they should double wrap the item or add more wrapping to protect it from dents. I was also surprised that it was a refurbished CV axle.
