In general the quality is pretty bad. They say he can shuffle 4 decks, but that's not entirely true. It slows down a lot when trying to shuffle 4 decks at once. You need to split up and do two at a time, then take them out of the tray and do two more. The tray cannot hold 4 decks without the mixer getting stuck. As a result, the gears used for mixing seem to break easily. At least two or more cards also land sideways instead of flat, which is frustrating because it doesn't shuffle well enough. I would advise getting a better quality shuffler.
