took it to a local locksmith - they programmed it and cut a new $75 emergency key. Without the key they wanted 300.00 - the Nissan dealer wanted 150.00 for the key and 300.00 for the programming! And they wouldn't have done it if you hadn't bought the key from them - talk about robbery. The key works perfectly so I saved a lot of money. The locksmith said I would have to pay $75.00 even if it didn't work so make sure your numbers match your originals.
