Flossaid outperforms GUM - proven with over 20 years of using GUM and (5) years on Flossaid

I've been flossing for 25 years thanks to the dentist who said II will lose my teeth , if I don't floss every day. So I got into the program. I have tightly spaced teeth and use unwaxed floss (which every dental hygienist I've spoken to says is the best floss). After a few months in the program, my fingers were black and blue. What to do? To get rid of the pain, I bought a #845 GUM Flossmate pen from my local Walgreens, which is the only tool they stocked. I used this tool for decades until I ran out of GUM tools to buy online. (A few years earlier I discovered that dental floss wasn't sold because most people didn't floss. My hygienist told me he only used about 10% of his floss regularly! she wore them.) Now I was wondering if all the tools because toothpastes have trouble holding floss like GUM so I searched the internet and decided to try Flossaid. This is the winner! The reason is simple: the folks at Flossaid make the tool in two parts, not just one like the GUM tool. These two parts provide a tight fit between the handle and the tool that secures the thread. This allows the user to twist the handle a couple of times, and the thread will be securely fastened - it won't slip or come loose. To secure the floss to the gums, I wrapped a piece of tape around the end of the floss and used a tool to keep it from slipping off the handle and coming loose - and becoming useless. So for you floss lovers, don't waste years fooling around with GUM, get Flossaid.
