Review on Enhanced Performance: Adjustable Electric Choke 50cc Carburetor for GY6 Engines (50cc/80cc) by Moe Gilbert

I bought this on suspicion with only one review. All I had to do was adjust the air/fuel mixture and idle, which was expected. This really woke up the TaoTao Thunder 50 I installed it on. The cone air filter makes it sound like a real motorcycle due to the intake noise level, louder but not objectionable at all. I had plans to fit this Thunder 50 with a larger barrel for more power, but I probably won't and probably don't have to, this carb has plenty of power. Now it pulls up the hills with ease. Haven't tried it with the original airbox yet to see how it sounds. I'm sure it will be quieter but I have plans. I'm sure I'll have to adjust the idle and air/fuel mixture, which is a very easy procedure. So far, so good.
