Very good tool for customer relationship management

The system helped us to keep track where our clients were going, or how they felt about different products (we marketed travel services).

It was not easy managing emails between users - it would have been great if you could create multiple email addresses so that one account can be used by several people at once with their own profiles! We also received fewer phone calls from customers who wanted more information than we had time/resources available then manage incoming messages through an appropriate channel like Whatsapp; this made my job easier as well since I didn't need someone else's attention all day long answering questions which meant less work done overall!

  • Great for marketing team management in customer communication tracking.
  • Inbound chats are automated when answered correctly allowing staff members focus only onto what comes next instead having them always looking up answers manually while speaking over chatbots..great feature indeed because otherwise there is no way around manual inputting info into spreadsheet every single message sent back & forth.it really gets tiring fast!! :) And takes away valuable working hours spent doing something
