Video shows smooth installation using a plastic pry tool. That's the farthest thing from the truth. It took me about 20 minutes and watched a few other videos to figure out where the dash clips were in the molding I was trying to lift. The device itself looks very "dirty". In order to fully fit my phone into the device, I need to remove the Otterbox (Defender series). I'm a clumsy so I don't want to do this. I can park the phone (in its Otterbox) by tilting it slightly in the phone holder. Haven't tried wireless charging yet, but I don't have high hopes for it unless I take the Otterbox case off again, which I won't do.
