Oh no! 7 years of failure!

You know it's bad luck when you get a mirror in the mail and it's broken. Just not good. An otherwise ordinary makeup mirror that would be acceptable if only it didn't predict doom and gloom. As you can see from my uploaded photos, the primary mirror has large cracks over a significant area. There is also a small area in the corner of the left wing that is also torn. There is no photo, but it is a very small part about the size of a pea. The second mirror on the right is fine. How did it arrive and when is it open. The extension wings close but do not fully fit the edges. It doesn't really matter if you don't look sideways in the mirror and it might bother you. For many, this isn't a big deal, especially those who already tend to keep them in the open position. Apart from cracks, the quality of the mirrors is good. Actually not bad. They aren't overly large as the entire unit is small to medium in size. Big enough to use but not that big. It lights up well after charging (USB cable included) and delivers an acceptable amount of light. The wings are enlarged and do not lose quality as a result of the enlargement. Good for close-up work. The whole device sits on a plastic stand with a small indentation that can be used as a makeup or jewelry tray. I'm trying to rate this makeup mirror based on what you should get, which is acceptable. a modest unit at a very fair price of $19.99 (price today). A good choice for those looking to stay on a budget. Also a pretty decent choice for a young teenager just starting to navigate the world of cosmetics. Good for small spaces.
