Getting started with Pynhoklm Sous Vide was surprisingly easy. Simply attach to a stainless steel pot, plug into an outlet, fill the pot to below the minimum water mark and you're done. Choosing the temperature and cooking time was easy with the dial and dial. I tried my hand at preparing pork tenderloin. The results were pretty good considering it was my first sous vide experience. Very tender and the meat very juicy. I will be experimenting with cook times in the future to try different degrees of doneness. The only feature missing was app integration for recipes and time/temperature profiles, but I'm not going to shoot any stars in the rankings at this price point. Excellent value for money and quality!
