Review on 🐠 Enhance Your Reef Tank with the Kent Marine Sea Squirt Coral Feeder by Josh Maher

The only thing keeping me from giving this unit a 5 star rating is that it clogs very easily even with finely ground reef mix and/or powder. I opened up the end of the hole a bit and after some trial and error worked to the point where it was totally acceptable for my use. The little red needle could use more "stick" or "lock" if that makes sense. If you enter an aquarium with something small like a piece of shrimp and accidentally touch the rocky or sandy bottom, the wand will retract and you could potentially lose your food to non-target animals. Another thing to be careful about is that if there is a small blockage in the hole, do NOT keep pushing the bulb thinking you will shoot the contents. I did it while cleaning and it ripped the feeder and it never made the same sense. If you are careful and thoughtful in your use and application, you will be fine. For those who would like to just "pack up and go", my advice is to take your time and exercise caution.
