The best thing about circle back is that you can track every single call made, which helps me to know my performance in each of them very easily as well! I have never faced any issue while using this product so far but it's great if there will be some issues with its functioning then they provide customer support 24/7 at their website or through email too!! It has helped us from losing our calls due missed opportunities because we are able find out who called when did he hang up etc.. We used till date only salesforce CRM system before starting useing cb however i didn't like how easy was tracking all conversations between two parties without having an actual conversation itself.
