I used this to brush my grandchildren's teeth while watching them. They fit my pinky well - even with my knotty knuckles lol. Getting your child to brush their teeth from the start is very important and this is how it is done. Also for the little ones who don't have teeth yet. It also works well on the gums and tongue. On one side there are very soft bristles for the teeth and on the other side there are small bumps for the gums and tongue. I found myself pretty much just using the bristle side. I love that they come in a handy storage box. They are very easy to wash. A set of 3 is suitable for storing in a travel bag or diaper bag, once at home and once at grandma's!
