I have assembled many MDF/particleboard tables, chests, drawers and this is one of the best quality ones out there. The screwdriver is enclosed with the kit, there are extra screws and locks (all packaged separately and labeled), and the pieces of the table were all labeled. I was able to assemble it alone. The instructions are all pictures, so sometimes it takes some guesswork in trying to figure out what you’re doing. Basically, you’re assembling the drawer first, then putting the legs together, then adding the portion that holds the drawer in place, then adding the top of the table.The drawer front had a piece of wood slub in the slot that prevented me from being able to attach one of the drawer sides to it no matter what I did, and I ended up with a damaged front side of the drawer in trying to get it to fit correctly.I emailed customer service for a replacement part, and within 24 hours they responded with a request for my order number and some photos which I provided. They shipped out another entire end table package and I received it in about a week. Upon receipt, we noticed UPS did a job on the box as it had a gash from one end of the box to the other, resulting in the drawer side piece (8) that had a corner damaged (about an inch of the laminate-type covering was cracked and fell off) and bits of shredded styrofoam everywhere.No worries. I took the part that I needed for the first end table (drawer front), and assembled a completely undamaged drawer for that one. Since I had the parts to make a second end table, I assembled it even though the drawer was made up of the defective front and damaged side pieces. We’ll see how long that drawer lasts. But the goal of me having one end table in undamaged condition was accomplished.I appreciated the quick response to my request for a replacement part, another entire end table package, and the reasonably fast delivery. I also purchased a different style end table and assembled it with no issues. These are really heavy end tables and look to be pretty sturdy. I will still treat them gently because it’s still MDF, but expect no issues.Some tips on assembly: (1) When assembling the drawer, screw the (A) screws in so you can see them in the holes when you attach the sides of the drawer, then put the screw locks in (also A) and tighten. You’ll know you did it right when the locks engage with a little click feel. Also, if assembled correctly, the side of the drawer won’t show a gap between it and the drawer front piece. (2) When assembling the legs, don’t tighten them all the way yet because you’re going to have to slide the pieces that hold the drawer in place. This makes it easier for you to put those in place without a struggle. Then tighten them all up. (3) The black stickers are to cover the lock holes inside the drawer. (4) The little hinge thing goes towards the front of the end table. When you put the drawer in after you assemble everything, the hinge part can drop down to prevent the drawer from falling out if you pull it as far as it’ll go.
