I was hesitant to buy it or not but I'm so glad I did! This allows me to easily wear leggings when I play. If I'm just bumping into a wall, I usually hold 4 balls (in my back, 2 on each side of my spine), although I could hold more. And during a game where there are only 3 balls in play, I never have to hold more than 2 at a time. The ball is very quick and easy to get under the belt and the balls are completely safe during play. .The only downsides: 1. The group doesn't stay as balanced as I had hoped; The top stays in place, but the bottom tends to lift a bit (unless it contains bullets). However, I only adjust by pulling the bottom edge, right side, and left side simultaneously - but that's at most once every 4-5 games during a game, so it's not a big deal. 2. When it's over 90 degrees and humid outside and I'm all sweaty from my clothes, this group gets drenched in sweat too. So you're basically clamping the ball between two sweaty pieces of fabric (this band and your shorts/leggings). Not perfect. It also means that at least in this weather I want to wash it after each use. The strap is easy to wash by hand or in the washing machine. I always let it air dry and it dries quickly. But after 20+ hours of use I went back to buy a second strap - I want to have a spare in line so I don't have to wash it every day. .Totally satisfied!
