Did the trick with video cables

This was the perfect solution. I added a 50 inch TV to our patio. The Roku Stick continued to overheat due to the great Southwest's summertime outside temperatures. I bought this extension cable to remove the USB stick from the back of the TV. Works great and hasn't overheated since.
