I hate being negative Nancy, but unfortunately I personally didn't succeed. After a recent visit to the dentist, I was advised to purchase a night splint for clenching and grinding my teeth. I was so excited to find the exact brand my DDS recommended on Revain and couldn't wait to get it. After 2 days I followed the instructions, boiled water, let it cool and put the thing in my mouth. but it was immediately clear to me that I would never sleep at night with this bulky mouthguard. main fright! The product itself was ok. As I said, I immediately took my teeth with me, but it is definitely more of a sports mouthguard than a thin sleep protection. Unless you sleep next to someone who can accidentally knock you out in your sleep from time to time. it's quite thick and uncomfortable :(
