I like that it has so many features, as well as being able to add more features if needed. Some things are not intuitive for new users, and there's no video tutorials or other resources available. It can be difficult to find answers for specific questions, and when you do find them they're often outdated. We've been using this software since 2013, and have never had any issues with it. It's helped us streamline our HR processes by allowing us to centralize information in one place. We also use it to store payroll data and track employee leave requests.
