Review on πŸ¦‹ Weishi Nostalgic Adjustable Butterfly Double: Timeless Elegance Meets Unmatched Precision by Sarah Mohamed

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Unequal spacing between the blades is true

The product comes with an elastic band and bandana, which seem useless in the context of shaving. The box also contained a box containing a Weishi dual-blade razor. The quality of a double-edged razor seems satisfactory, but that's irrelevant to our discussion here. The main problem I can't solve is that the razor doesn't fit properly in the holder that holds it. This is dangerous and unsafe. One way to get around this is to set the adjustable setting to 1 (minimum) so the shave is relatively safe. I can understand why this gap exists because this razor here is trying to solve two technical difficulties. 1) the razor opens like a butterfly and 2) is adjustable. Other brands like the Parker or Merkur Futur variant are only regulated, not in the shape of a butterfly. The spring has a butterfly and an adjustable one with only two settings. It has 7 settings. One thing I like is that the matte black is well polished and looks good. I'm still considering bringing it back given the uneven spacing. The seller should send me an updated version if there is one.
