Dirty. Tools and Accessories

I like it. Colour. I do not like it. It was obviously an already used return. Yuk. I cleaned the dirt inside and out. There is makeup residue on the inside, as well as stains on the strap inside and outside, top and front. I am very shocked that Revain is selling this as new! In addition, the internal configuration does not correspond at all to what is presented on the website. Came as far as documents on how to use accessories to divide the space with nothing. I'm trying to decide if I want to deal with a return and I'm hoping for a new one.
