A small saga, but. When I first received the cooler it was superior in every way to the one I bought from Best Buy. Unfortunately, he died after three months, and the Asurion warranty I bought only applies after the manufactory has expired once. As they don't have contact information available all I could do was leave a bad review and hope someone sees and takes care of it. It worked at first. They said it must be the faulty model and sent a replacement. He died ONE MONTH later. It's like they calculated how long it would take for it to be irrevocable and then added a tag. Nobody has replied to this review and here I am in June without a cooler because I'm sensitive to light and apparently Revain isn't. I don't have any other size I would like without a flashing light. This product made me HATE Lamicall to the point I wouldn't buy anything else from them even if my life depended on it.
