Review on Ozeri Precision Detection Technology Activation Bath by David Moreno

The last scale I bought was probably over a decade ago, with a dark display and small red numbers. Oh yeah, every time I got off and back on the scale the number was different, so I took five numbers and picked the lowest one. Hey, that made me feel better! It seemed like it would take forever to study the specs of each and read the reviews. I was surprised that the new scale was cheaper than when I last bought the scale. I've finally narrowed the field. I liked the big numbers that are easy to read. I liked the look and it was important because I wanted to place it in the kitchen where I have space. The bathroom was too small and the rest of the room was carpeted except for the wooden floor in the kitchen. I liked that I didn't have to use a screwdriver every time I changed the battery. What I didn't understand was the red and green indicators shown in the description. It works like this. You step on the scale and your weight is displayed for a few seconds, then a green display appears when you lose weight and it shows on the green display how much weight you have lost and when you get a red display, it means that you have gained weight and it will show how much you have gained. Which pushed me to the Ozeri Precision II 440 lbs. was what surprised me. I believe in reading lots of reviews. Some are early and some are more modern. I also focus on WHY the reviewer only gave the product TWO stars and WHY the reviewer gave the product FIVE stars. Sometimes it seems that the reviewer didn't put the batteries in or maybe put them in incorrectly. What got this model to the finish was something I only noticed with Ozeri products. I'm a consumer advocate and I've been helping my friends with returns that don't work for years. The surprising fact is that many people leave a terrible review instead of contacting the company's customer service department. I noticed that EVERY person who had an issue, big or small, received a message from Ozeri saying they were sorry the person had an issue with their product and gave them their service phone number and customer service gave and that they would be happy. to solve the problem. I found it a very positive response from the company. It was evident that someone from their company actually read the reviews and took the time to contact each customer with an issue. Ordered directly on site. The scale was part of my main delivery and I received it two days later. They were in a Revain mailbox and the scale in a branded box with foam inserts for protection. I checked the accuracy, and after two days it's still accurate (maybe because I've lost two point four pounds). I hope it continues to give me accurate weight readings and that nice green gauge showing weight loss. I just started Nutrasystem and will be working hard to bring those numbers down. At least I know that if I have a problem, the company will remedy it. I also bought a kitchen scale from the same company!
