3. CHANGE: Received a replacement for the failed device. This is quiet, even sounds good. There is no script at all. Just a nice whistle. The company is reliable and verified, which is the most important thing when buying anything online. 2. EDIT: The company contacted me today (5/29/18) and offered to replace the defective unit. I really appreciate that and am increasing my rating to 3 stars. EDIT: downgraded to one star. I've tried several ways to fix the very loud knocking but to no avail. Contacted the company (via Revain) with no response. No consumer should be left with such a bad product. Do not buy. I can only give 2 stars because it's too loud! Attempts to correct the rattling noise were unsuccessful. If anyone can tell me how to stop the crackling I'll give more stars.
