I like that they have an easy process for getting started with your account set up! They also offer great support when you need it most (which isn't often).
The only thing i dislike about them are some things we can do ourselves now but there's no way around having someone else help us if needed because our platform doesn't allow certain features or functions yet. We're solving issues related to inventory management & reporting using one tool so all data sources live together within One Platform which makes managing everything easier than ever before - especially since this was such a pain point previously where each publisher had siloed systems making tracking even simple tasks near impossible at times.
