If you have time!

They are difficult to work with when you have time and are not in a hurry. The instructions say to iron and then remove the clear plastic from the iron while it's still hot. Well, it's not that easy! When you take off the plastic, the iron letter comes with it. I quickly realized that this was going to be a long craft. However, what I found helpful: 1. Wash your clothes first (this is very important for all iron-on materials), it really makes a difference.2. The iron should be at the maximum temperature. 3. Dry heat (drain the water from the iron). 4 Use a very thin cloth between the iron and the iron on the letters. 5. Press really hard for at least 20 seconds. Use the tip of the iron to press all corners of the patches/badges/iron onto the letters.6. When removing the plastic, slowly pull the plastic away while the iron and thin cloth move away from the area. It was a useful technique. Because often the plastic came off and the letter came off too. As soon as I saw that, I just pressed the iron against the letter and tried again. Hope my instructions are clear! 7. When the plastic is removed, I iron again with a thin cloth to keep the letter in place.8. Leave to cool on a flat surface.9. A few letters popped up so I just ironed it out.10. As I said, not a fast ship.
