I purchased this surge protector on 12/25/20 and it worked fine at first. Today 05/24/2021 I got USB error messages on my phone. Then, when my husband lifted the end of one of the connected USB cables, it was so hot it burned his finger and blistered immediately. I checked another USB cable and it was also very hot. The surge protector was very hot, so we immediately turned it off. We were very lucky to be home when this surge protector overheated. He could easily start a fire and burn our house down. Use at your own risk. I reported this to Revane, but the agent didn't seem to care about the security risk.
