Review on 👔 Pendleton Classic Board Original Men's Clothing Shirts with Sleeves by Matt Jenkins

Product was fine. The seller sent the small one when I ordered the large one and refused to exchange it as more than 90 days had passed. I ordered this for our grandson's birthday last year. Since it arrived late, I put it in a clear plastic bag marked "Big" to give as a gift on his next birthday. I had no idea it was actually Small. Unexpectedly, we gave it to him for his birthday a few nights ago (a year later). As he unfolded it, he noticed that it was small. I was a bit embarrassed and in disbelief because I didn't understand how this could be. When we got home I checked the packaging (fortunately I kept it) and sure enough it was labeled big when it was actually small. When I tracked the Revain order, I found the seller's name and phone number. I called and explained what had happened but was confronted with a stone wall as they went into hiding because they had no return after 90 days. I claimed I didn't ask for a refund, just an exchange. At least it was a mistake I could prove and the shirt was never worn and still had the tags on. Well, no, the sales rep (Sheplers of Iowa) pretty much said - too bad that's over 90 days. Well, it was partly my fault for not checking, but more her fault. Anyway, I learned a life lesson here, found a seller I don't recommend and got stuck with an expensive product. The shirt is nice because it's a Pendleton, but I can't wear it.
