After looking at multiple cases I decided I wanted an Otterbox style heavy duty case with a kickstand. I left the factory plastic screen protector on my phone and also used the included case screen protector for more protection. I only used the included micro fiber cloth to clean fingerprintson inside and outside of included protector before installation. No alcohol necessary. Samsung Galaxy s20 FE survived a 4 foot drop on to my tile floor less than a day after installing. Only complaint; someone with frail hands may find it difficult to install phone. Separating frame from case did require some effort. Take your time and read instructions. Don't break a nail Engaging kickstand. A little stiff but seems like it will last. Buy this case, especially if you have a demanding job working in harsh conditions like me. Hope this helps
