I read somewhere that there is something in the fat on the dog's skin under the coat that makes it smell so obscene outside in the heat. Whatever the reason, I placed a pair of these odor absorbers in my dog's crate room and noticed a noticeable difference the same day. It's impossible to get rid of all dog odors, but I definitely feel like I got my money's worth with these unobtrusive little odor absorber canisters. As useful as they are with these dog scents, I'll probably be buying more to use in closets and bathrooms. maybe even in my car.
