This remote is similar to the one designed by Sony, with the same bottom structure as the DualShock 4 and convenient front buttons that work as expected for menu control and app control, but the buttons don't work in games that I tried, it doesn't work. It even has an IR blaster for TV control, allowing you to adjust the TV volume, turn the device on/off and select the input. I haven't been able to find a way to use this to control my Edifier speakers, but there might be a way if any of the preset manufacturer codes in the PDP app match the Edifier codes. There are a lot of codes so trial and error will take a lot of time so I reached out to Edifier for assistance. This is truly one of the best third party remotes I have ever used. I wasn't a huge fan of the price, but after using it and seeing the TV control support, I felt like I had a really high quality, functional remote that I can't use my DualShock 4 with to get the to use app.
